接口 FileSystem

Mini-program 私有 sandbox 的逻辑根。

sandbox 按 Mini-program identity 隔离并由 Host 持久保存；它是逻辑根，不是本机路径。 sandbox 派生对象固定为 readwrite，但每次 I/O 仍需已声明 filesystem 权限且 Host 支持对应 operation。
